A taxi for 4 persons is around €85 from airport El Prat to the villa.

This depends on which rate you've booked. If you booked our flexible rate, you can cancel up to 30 days before your arrival without any cost. The non-refundable rate is already paid by you. If you want to cancel, unfortunately a refund will not be possible.

We have a big garden of 3000m2 where you can exercise, but we do not have a fitness room.

The maximum number of people in our villa is 19. We can accommodate infants with travel cots sharing their parent’s room. Travel cots (baby beds) are available free of charge from the hotel. We have 2 of them. We have a big pool (your own responsibility) and a big fenced garden, where kids can play safe.

Yes you can, but we are located in a neighbourhood with neighbours pretty close by. We have a good relation with all of them and we want to keep that, so, sorry, NO LOUD MUSIC ALLOWED.

One of the crew members will contact you a couple of days before checkin and be there when you arrive and hand over the keys, and give a short explanation about the villa.

Before you leave, we will check the property to see if anything is damaged. We won't charge a broken wine glass, but we do charge a broken window. If we find nothing serious, you'll get back your deposit within one week after check out.
