This website is exploited by Villa Maresme SL. The purpose of this website is to give users the possibility of gaining an impression of Villa Maresme SL and of being able to book the villa online. Although we have done our utmost to ensure that all the information available on this website is accurate, we cannot guarantee that all the information is complete and without errors, and we cannot be held responsible for any information that is lacking or has not been sent.

Credit card guarantee
Villa Maresme SL requires credit card details in order to be able to guarantee your reservation. The credit card that you use must belong to you personally or you must be legally authorized to use it by the owner. Your credit card information is sent directly to Villa Maresme. If you make a reservation, you are automatically entering into an agreement with the Villa Maresme. 6 days upon arrival we will do a pre authorization on your credit card for the full amount of your stay as a security for the villa. However, this does not apply to a non-refundable reservation. For this type of reservation, immediately after you make the reservation the payment is deducted from your credit card. It is not possible to make date changes or other changes on a non- refundable reservation. You can be assured that we take our responsibility very seriously with regard to your credit card information. We use the industry standard ‘Secure Socket Layer (SSL)’ technology in order to code your credit card details. This means that we can guarantee that every transaction carried out is 100% secure.

If you have booked the villa with a flexible rate you can cancel 30 days upon arrival. It is not possible to make date changes or other changes on a non refundable reservation. Furthermore, there will be no refunds in case of a pandemic, natural disaster, family circumstances or disease. If you cancel within the period in the villa’s cancellation policy, the cancellation will be free of charge. We would advise you to read through the villa’s cancellation policy carefully.

Cancellation policy: it is possible to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the day of arrival. Please note that the ‘day of arrival’ begins at 0:00 hours local time. In the case of a No Show or late cancellation, you will be charged for the entire stay. The villa will retain the property reservation up to 7:00 hours on the day after your planned arrival.:
Payment is due as follows: a pre-payment by bank or by charge of credit card of the total costs for the villa, including bordered catering, V.A.T. and city tax. The pre-payment should be received by us 30 days before the arrival date at the latest.

Villa Maresme SL is a company registered in Spain under fiscal identification number NIF B13709670. Spanish law applies to our services.
